The frites are being fried twice; pre-frying and deep frying. The pre-frying is done on a lower temperature, making sure the frites are cooked all the way through without burning the outsides. The frites are then being left to cool off for a certain amount of time.The deep frying afterwards ensures your frites get their beautiful golden color and their crispiness.
Our frites our being fried in a blend of natural and tasteful frying fats. The basis consists of rendered beef fat and vegetable oils. This unique blend is heat resistant and doesn’t contain any allergens. It ensures our frites are super crispy, light on the stomach and simply irresistible.
We top our frites off with a few pinches of fine sea salt and have you select your favorite sauce to go with it.
